MATERIAL – Neoprene with polyester fabric exterior.
USE – Ready for immediate use or decorate with screen print or vinyl transfers.
TYPE – Fully enclosed glued in non-skid neoprene rubber bottom.
MOQ – 100 minimum order size, 50 minimum per color.
SHIPPING – Typically ships within 5-7 business days (longer in peak season of May-September).

Please check your text for something from me, I just need a photo of the product you received. I already have a new order going for replacements that will ship tomorrow or Friday. The supplier for Koozie brand products is called BIC Graphic, they are not easy to work with but they are the only ones who sell authentic Koozie brand items, clearly they aren’t very good at getting orders right, I have had a problem with every order I’ve sent them.
