Items normally shipped within 1 business day:

Shipping cutoff time for each business day is 2:00 pm Eastern Time.

Items shipped in 5-7 business days:

These items are special order and manufactured on demand, the production time cannot be rushed, expect delivery in 7-10 business days (up to 12 business days during peak season of June-September).

Standard Shipping:

Standard shipping means it is our choice, the products could be shipped USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Via UPS Ground. Rates are calculated based on product weight.

UPS Shipping:

Rates are calculated by UPS based on the weight and size of the items purchased and are accurate based on the shipping address entered.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to only the contiguous United States, we do not offer international shipping currently (this includes Canada).

Many items are shipped within 1 business day, others are manufactured on demand and can have shipping dates of 10 days or more (see information above).

If you are unsatisfied with something or receive incorrect items, etc. a refund or return may be necessary at our discretion. Please contact us if you have a question or would like to request a refund or return.
